flexfax: 100 dpi .tiff win95/98/nt viewer ?

Hi, is there any viewer under win95/98/nt which can display a received
100dpi .tiff
fax in good shape.

I found irfranview,paintshop pro5 that can display 200dpi faxes but none of
them
is able to display or print 100dpi faxes...
