flexfax: Receiving faxes

Hello everybody:

I just installed hylafax on a RedHat 5.1 server and some win95 and Mac
clients, and everything is OK! This is wonderful, but just for sending,
because while receiving the log says something like:

RECV FAX: Permission denied (unacceptable client TSI)
And ends the connection, my question is:

If the man says that it expects to find a file called etc/tsi what does it
has to contain and what permissions?
