Couple of other Windows TIFF viewers you can try :-

Irfanview32 by Irfan Skiljan
Available in English and German versions. Free to non-
           commercial use. See http://stud1.tuwien.ac.at/~e9227474

Tiffview by Terry Haddock
Can be used as a helper program for Netscape. Homepage is
           at http://www.mis2.udel.edu/~terence/tiffview. It has been
mentioned that it can handle 2-D encoded tiff G3 format
images, but fails on the aspect ratio with fine resolution
           faxes.

Please let us know how you get on,

Ciao,
Phil Watkinson,
Boston, UK.
