Hi, I have hylafax v4.0pl2 running quite successfully on Solaris (sparc). Just recently, I modified our procedure so that incoming faxes, once dealt with are moved automatically to ~fax/archive. The matter of 'procedure' and 'dealt with' are irrelevant to my problem, so I wont mention them here. Everything works fine, but the archive directory is needless to say, getting very large, so I slightly modified the procedure to move the faxes to sub-directories, eg :- ~fax/archive/fax0/06/fax00605.tif The mail goes out with the correct url (ftp://host:4559/archive/fax0/06/fax00605.tif) but hfaxd will not allow remote clients access to any sub directories of /archive. I see this must be controlled in hfaxd/FileSystem.c++, but before I hack on it, has anyone done anything similar that would allow hfaxd to descend /archive ? or maybe can someone suggest another way? Thanks in advance. -- _ __ Maunsell Ltd, IT Unit Tel : 0181-663-6565 /_| _/ ( _ '_// 160 Croydon Road, Fax : 0181-663-6723 ( |/)(/(/ __)//)/ //) Beckenham, Kent BR3 4DE Email: abs@maunsell.co.uk / England. -or- abs@maunsl00.demon.co.uk
