OK, OK I was given if for free. But anyway, I am trying to make the USR 14.4 internal work for fax and pagers (Linux RedHat 4.2). Have read through some of the mailing list - have been getting "check modem power" messages and now these, after I changed the config created by faxaddmodem to hardware flow control. I have another modem doing pages and faxes happily. The USR is in Class 1. Any suggestions on getting the USR down to 300 baud for paging and avoiding MPS EOP errors?
