Hi, 
I guess you are talking about incoming faxes. The method is: 
- Convert the TIFF into Postscript with fax2ps
- Convert the Postscript into PDF with ghostscript.
The whole thing goes into the faxrcvd script.

I tried this some time ago. It works but it produces really huge files (1 MB per page).
So I switched back to PostScript.
