flexfax: modem selection

We have outgoing only configuration with two different modems:
ZyXEL-1496 & USR Sportster.

Some destination fax set can't be delivered by USR (MPS or EOP reception failed) and
some destination fax set can't be delivered by ZyXEL (another kind of errors).

Is it possible to configure HylaFax to change delivery device if current device failed?

For example (in my case):

JOB 0001  USR -> failure, try ZyXEL; ZyXEL -> success
  or
JOB xxxx ZyXEL -> failure, try USR; USR -> failure, try ZyXEL; ZyXEL -> success
