flexfax: USR Modems

Hello Everyone,

Lately there have been a rather large volume of messages concerning the
Sportster and failures with class 2.0.  To help stop the email flood, i was
thinking of compiling a page with the firmware versions of the Sportster
that work and firmware versions that dont work.

Eventually this information could be merged back into the faxaddmodem
script and set the broken modems automatically to class 1

People are not going to stop buying the Sportster have a look at
	http://features.yahoo.com/comptop10/fax_modem.php
6 of the top 10 modems sold were variations of Sportster.....

Hopefully this would be more postive than telling people they bought the
wrong modem.

This page would be best suited somewhere on the hylafax web site.

Does anyone else think this is a good idea?
