flexfax: Problem with modem-configuration

Hi,
I've got problems to get a new modem work with HylaFAX.
It's an ACEEX 2814V. It was a present and it has not a very well
documentation, but the manual says that it is compatible with
class 2. So I tested the class2 config file contributed with HylaFAX.
But it doesn't work :-( I also checked the rc288dpi config file but
this doesn't work either. I'm not familar with class2 fax setups , so
is there anybody who got this modem-type to work? Or any hints ?
I've included the session logs below.

It's not important to get the modem ready, I've got two other
modems working fine, but it would be nice to have a third line :-)
