"man sendfax", and "man faxcover". Each user will need to call the
commands and specifically select their coverpages. Alternatively, you
can setup a script like "sfax" or tools like "faxtool" to assign the
users a per-user selected cover page, if available. Or, you may be
able to set it up on a per-user basis in the "~/.faxdb" file, which
affects the behavior of faxcover.
