Yes, sort of. When the fax is received, a script called "faxrcvd" gets run. This script can do whatever you tell it to do within limits. It's very possible to set it to forward all faxes to another fax machine, such as the second HylaFAX server you mention. That second machine would then have to modify its "faxrcvd" to print all faxes. Alternatively, if the machines exist on the same local network, it's possible to transmit the faxes as print jobs for local printing on the second server, and not use HylaFAX there at all.
