flexfax: Help with send page

I am getting
sendpage: Can not reach server at localhost port 444

Here is my services and inetd.conf file:

hylafax	4559/tcp		# HylaFAX client-server protocol
snpp	444/tcp			# Simple Network Paging Protocol

hylafax	stream	tcp	nowait	fax	/usr/local/sbin/hfaxd	hfaxd -I -d


Here is my pagermap file:

I am trying to do sendpage -p This is a test page

Can anyone tell me what I am missing here?
