Human Process questions (not code questions ;)

Hiya folx!

First, let me say Thanks to Sam for writing such a wonderfully flexible
system, and Matthias for taking over maint. of th package.

I have read the HylaFAQ end to end, and read all the archived messages from
this list since 1-1-1997, and haven't seen any discussion of this part of
managing a network FAX system.

I have the HylaFAX (v4.0pl1) server running under Solaris 2.5 from the binary
distribution (I am going to build it myself before we bring it to our
production system), and it seems to work great! I have gotten the whfc 0.3c
client, and the MacFlex 1.5 (latest) client, and both send faxes just fine.

What we really need, however, is the ability for our secretaries (Mac users)
to be able to be the FAX routing people. They are the ones with this
responsibility on the paper-FAX machine. Is there any way to give them this
power from a Macintosh client?

Also, what do most of ya'll out there do for handling incoming faxes?

Thanks in advance for your time,
Jim Gifford
