For the begin and end,
dict begin
opens a dictionary called "dict" and puts it on the stack so
it can get searched.  The "end" pops the dictionary from the
stack.  EPSbegin saves the graphic state, scales by 20 and
pushes the dictionary.  EPSend pops the dictionary and
restores the graphic state.
