Specifying OutBound Modem Use

Ive searched the Mail Archive and FAQ, but still don't understand how to
force outgoing faxes to a specific modem.

INFO: Hylafax Version 4.0pl1 on a Dec Alpha (DU 4.0B)

I could never get the USRobotics Sportster to send faxes correctly, so I
replaced it with a Multitech.  The Multitech has been working flawlessly
for inbound and outbound faxes.  The Sportster receives Faxes fine, so I
would like to run faxgetty on it and use it for receiving faxes.  I cannot
figure out how to force hylafax to use ONLY the Multitech for outgoing faxes.

I read FAQ 110, but it wasn't clear enough to me.

Can someone be more specific about the steps necessary to achieve this?
