sendfax-Problems

Hi togehter,

from within a perl-script I make a ascii-text-file.
When I want to execute sendfax from the commandline:
/opt/local/fax/bin/sendfax -n -d 2689422 -v -h bw7zhb /tmp/testfax
I get the following response:

match against (..., 316)
rule: offset 0 string = "%!" -- failed (comparison)
rule: offset 0 short = 0x4d4d -- failed (comparison)
rule: offset 0 short = 0x4949 -- failed (comparison)

If I look at the file with od (od -t a testfax), I get the follwing:

0000200 lf C a m r y lf

Does anybody know more about the problem?
Thanks in advance
