Solaris crash the next ...

Hi!

As I pointed out in my last posting I do not want to give HylaFAX 
just another try - but I do want to get it running!

But at the moment I would like to discuss it a  little bit more:

To summarize (for the ones who did not get my previous post), hfaxd,
faxq and faxgetty were running (hylafax-v4.0pl1,sun-sparc-solaris 2.5.1,
gcc-2.7.2). 'faxstat -s' & 'faxstat -v' also worked. Sending a fax
crashed 
the system. Changing the LD_LIBRARY_PATH was necessary, because
openwindows 
ships with an old version of the tifflib. The systemcrash took place 
immediately after pressing return - I think that sendfax or caused the 
connection between sendfax and the server caused the crash. It did not 
seem that sendfax has completely submitted the job - so the modem 
should have no effect on the results.
