facsimile job failed!

Hi all!

When I used faxmail to send faxes via e-mail using USRobotics Courier
V.Everyting with V.34, I got an  error message sent to me from Facsimile
Agent: 

Your facsimile job to 3460351 failed because:
    Unspecified Transmit Phase D error, including +FPHCTO timeout between data 
and +FET command; Giving up after 3 attempts to send same page
