USR & Class 2.0 (transmit phase errors) - redux

Well folks.  I bit the bullet and sent the 33.6 sportster back to USR for the 
firmware upgrade (the prom is soldered in - sheesh).  

Guess what, it still doesn't work with the upgraded firmware.  
Back to Class 1 ..
